Fall Mini Session | November 10, 2018

Several people have recently asked me if I offer mini sessions, so I decided to give the people what they want! 🙂 I will be hosting fall minis on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Save the date!!

I will have the cute vintage setup you see in the above photos. This is perfect for a family of 2-5 people (some of those “people” can be your pets 😉 ). These mini sessions are perfect for your holiday cards or a print gift to Grandma!

  • $100 – includes a 20-minute session, 10 fully edited digital images delivered via an online gallery and a gift ornament (like the one above).
  • There will be an option to upgrade and receive all of the images in your gallery and/or add on additional print products.

  • Only 7 sessions available, so don’t wait to book!
  • A $50 non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. This will reserve your time slot for November 10 and the remainder will be due the day of the session.
  • Each session is scheduled back to back in 30 minute increments, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Upon arriving, you will check in with my assistant (aka: my husband, Michael 🙂 ) and then we will begin promptly at your scheduled time.
  • Location is currently being scouted and will be announced as time gets closer based on how the leaves are changing this fall. It will be in a field type of setting either in Springfield or Ozark.
  • In the event of inclement weather, an indoor location will be determined at the beginning of the week of the minis. We will still use the same setup and I will make sure it is still a pretty location for your photos.
  • A week prior to the sessions, you will receive an email with additional details and tips for the session. You are always welcome to reach out to me if you have additional questions as well. 🙂
  • As with all of my lifestyle sessions, 10% of each session will be donated to a charity of your choice! So, be thinking about where you would like to see me make a donation.

Paige+Scotty | Wedding

Paige and Scotty got married at The Barn at Belamour on Saturday, May 19, 2018. This just so happens to be my birthday and what a wonderful birthday it was getting to capture their special day!

If you haven’t been to The Barn at Belamour, you really should. What a gorgeous venue! It was decorated so beautifully too with lots of floral and rustic elements.

Paige and Scotty are two of the most laid-back, easy going people. They did not stress before their ceremony and they waited to see one another for the first time that day at the alter. Before their ceremony began, they enjoyed time with their friends and families, and just took in the joy of the day.

It was sunny and beautiful at the outdoor ceremony. Everything went smoothly and the two lovebirds tied the knot.

Almost immediately after the ceremony ended, a huge storm rolled in out of nowhere! Big shoutout to everyone involved in the wedding for being flexible as we had to work in the photos after the storm passed. Despite being off our timeline due to the storm, Paige and Scotty were calm and happy – all that mattered to them was that they were married and got to celebrate with their favorite people. I love that nothing could have phased them that day. This is true love, people! Not to mention, rain is good luck at a wedding.

Scotty’s dad had a fun surprise at the reception. He dressed up in western attire and trotted up to the head table on a stick horse. I have to wonder how long his dad had been planning this as he was inspired by Scotty’s love for riding a stick horse as a child and referring to cowboys as “cowmen.”
